Solomon Sire Ventures offers books and programs
that make character development easier and fun for
young children and their families.
By creating engaging opportunities for
age-appropriate dialog, we make it simpler
and easier for parents and teachers to
introduce and reinforce qualities of character
in their children and students.
Through our offerings, we strive to empower
these mentors to establish their own family
and classroom guidelines for positive behavior and good decision-making that start early and last a lifetime.
ABOUT DIANE E. ROOT, AUTHOR/FOUNDER
I started writing Solomon Sire stories
as a way to introduce various character qualities
to my own young boy/girl twins. After talking
with other parents, it became clear this is a struggle for many of us. While most agree character is something
good to have, and character education for children is very important, it's hard to know where to start and difficult to find the time in today's busy world.
By offering the light-hearted fun and whimsy
of Solomon Sire stories and programs, I hope
to give parents and teachers a starting point for
dialog, a context for continued conversation
and a few tools to help reinforce qualities
of character in their children and students.
